Wood Fossil Boulder Opal set in Leafy Motif Textured Silver and Gold Pendant

The process used to create this pendant results in a unique piece each time. A unique leaf textured silver and gold setting holds the beautiful Australian Wood Fossil Boulder Opal. The boulder opal features a beautiful section of opalised wood that is a deep purple colour.

The silver has been textured and oxidised to enhance the leafy motif. The stem of the leaf and the two droplets are 9ct Gold.

This is the first pendant of this style that I have made, it follows on from a series of rings made with a similar style.

The Pendant has a unique bale made from a single silver wire.

The Pendant comes on a hand woven braided cord. The length of the cord is adjusted by sliding a small wooden bead.

The Pendant measures approximately: 43 x 28 x 7mm

The opal measures approximately: 25 x 20 x 6mm
